这两个短语动词都作“把工作完成”讲，只是 take a turn at 可以用动名词短语作 at 的宾语（参见词条 P.1090 和 P.1093 ），而 take a turn with 则只能用名词作 with 的宾语（参见词条 P.1094 ）。
比较：
We all offered to take a turn at washing up these dishes.
我们大家都愿意出力洗刷这些碟子。（这里的 washing 是个动名词，不能加饰 the 。）
We all offered to take a turn with the washing up. 我们大家都愿意出力把洗涤工作干完。（这里的 washing 作动名词，可以加饰 the 。）
