| 释义 | 1．write 后面可以接双宾语。例如：Don't forget to write me all the news. 和 They wrote us a report last month. 也往往只用间接宾语而不用直接宾语，如 I shall write you again soon 和 They wrote us last month。有人以为该在 write 和 wrote 后面加上 to。假使 write 的直接宾语是一个以 that 引导的从句，也有人以为该用 to。例如：They wrote to us that they were coming to see the show. 上面各句都不可改作被动语态，如不可说 We were written a report (by them) last month 或 You will be written again soon，也不可说 A report was written us (by them) last month。可以改作： We received a report from them last month. You will be written to again soon. A report was written to us (by them) last month. 但第二句和第三句不很自然。 2．I（或 We）write to...（不定式）和 I am（或 We are）writing to...（不定式）都用在信的开首，作“我（们）写这信，目的在于……”解。 3．I shall write to him to tell about her 可能有两个意思：“我将写信给他，告诉他关于她的事。”或“我将写信给他，请他告诉我关于她的事。”改成下面两句当然便明白了： I shall write to tell him about her. I shall write to ask him to tell (me) about her. 下面两句当然也很明白： I shall write to him to come immediately. （他“来”，不是我“来”。write 后面的 to 改作 for 也可以） I shall write to him to answer his questions. （我“答”，不是他“答”） 4．下面两句意思相同： He has written (to say) that he is in town. He writes (to say) that he is in town. 5．He wrote to her in London 和 He wrote to her from London 意思不同。第一句里的 in London 修饰 her。 |
