| 释义 | 1．不可把 take 用作“拿来”或“取来”解，下面两句都不对： Please take your pen with you when you come tomorrow. （该把 take 改作 bring） I have to go back to take my pen. （该把 take 改作 get） 2．下面两句里的 take 作“买”解： I will take this pen. Would you like to have a drink? 等普通。 5．take over 作“接收”、“接管”或“接任”解，可以单独用。例如：When will the new manager take over? 6．May I take it that you will sign the document? 和 I take it that they will come early 里的 take 作“料想”解，it 是它的宾语，以 that 引导的从句是 it 的同位语，it 不可省去，但 that 有时省去。有时把 I take it 用作插入成分。例如：He is studying English, and, I take it, is making steady progress in it. 7．“伴（女子）入席”在英国说 take ... in to dinner，在美国说 take...out to dinner。 8．下面四句里的 take(n) to 或 took to 是习语，作“开始（而成为习惯）”解： He has taken to this good habit. How has he taken to drink? Soon he took to getting up before six. The boy took to blinking his eyes, placing his hand on his heart, and speaking in a voice pulsating with emotion. 这里的 to 是介词，不是不定式的符号，所以第三句里的 rising 不可改作 rise，第四句里的 blinking，placing 和 speaking 不可改作 blink，place 和 speak。第二句里的 drink 是名词，不是动词，但改作 drinking 也可以。 9．下面三句意思相同： It took him three years to write the book. He took three years to write the book. The book took him three years to write. |
