由 such as 这个复合连词所连接的人称代词如果是主格，这个人称代词就是被省略的那个动词的主语；先行词如果是宾格，则它所连接的那个人称代词必然是宾格。
例如：
People such as he are not to be trusted. 像他这样一种人是不足以信任的。（就是“ People such as he is are not to be trusted. ”的省略。）
These young men such as he are worthy to be considered. 像他这样的青年人是值得考虑的。（就是“ These young men such as he is are worthy to be considered. ”的省略。）
We dislike people such as him. 我们不喜欢像他这号人。 （ him 同宾语 people 相一致） It is too expensive for people such as us. 像我们这些人花不起这么多的钱。（ us 同宾语 people 相一致）
