at first glance 这个短语作“乍一看”讲， at first sight 这个短语作“一见……就”讲，不容混淆。
例如：
At first glance I thought the colour was blue, but now I see it is green. 乍一看我以为这是兰色的，可现在我才知道原来是绿色的。
