这两个词组必须加以区别： anything like 作“好象”或“像似”讲，多半用于否定结构，相当于 nothing like 的用法， like anything 则是“像什么似地”的意思，多半用于肯定结构。
例如：
It is not anything like as hot today as it was yesterday.
今天不像昨天那样热。 （ =It is nothing like …）
The pickpocket ran away like anything when he saw the policeman. 这个扒手一看到警察拼命地逃跑了。（不一定要用于否定结构）
