正误解析
1. 他以前靠修鞋过活。
 [误] He used to lived on repairing shoes.
 [正] He used to make a living by repairing shoes.
 [析] live on后不能接职业、工作一类的词。
2. 多年来她始终过得很快活。
 [误] She has been living very happy for years.
 [正] She has been living a very happy life for years.
 [析] 作“过…生活”解时live可接同源宾语,但不可接形容词。
学习参考
 当只表示“某地是某人的家”时, live不用于进行时。如果说“某人刚搬到某地或某地是临时住所”,才可用于进行时。例如:
