1) 中性的“注意”、“关心”、“负责”、“管”。

• That's no concern of yours.那不干你的事。
• What concern is it of ours?这干我们什么事？
• What they do in their free time is their concern.他们在自由时间干些什么，是他们自己的事。

• Make it your concern to send all the faxes immediately.你负责立刻把这些传真全发出去。

3) 负面的担忧（生怕出现坏结果，作为及物动词是“使担忧”，to be concerned 则是“（自己）感到担忧”。

Concerning 可以作为形容词，是“令人担心的”之意。
