　与…相符合，一致或协调　suit or agree (badly or well) with (sth/sb)

　这两个短语的区别是：sort of的意思是“有几分”“多少有点”，常用于修饰动词、形容词等；of a sort〔of sorts〕的意思是“勉强称得上的”，常用作后置定语。例如：
　I sort of expected this would happen.　我事先多少预料到这件事会发生的。
