　［析］ 作“错误的，不对的”解时， wrong之后可接介词短语，注意wrong之后一般不直接跟动词的v-ing形式，但是可以跟动词不定式。

　这两个词都表示“错误地”，且都可与动词连用。其区别是：wrong通常用在口语中，而wrongly则多用在正式语体中，特别是对不常用于日常口语的动词，就不可以用wrong来代替wrongly，无论在动词前还是在动词后。例如：

　［析］ do wrong to sb意为“冤枉某人，委屈某人”， wrong在这里是一个名词。
