相反的，相违的　opposite in nature, tendency or direction

　contrary　用作形容词时，基本意思是“相反的，相违的”，指在性质、倾向或方向等上与某事物或某人完全相反的，引申可表示“逆风的，不利的，不作美的，不合人意的”；亦可作“顽固的，固执的，倔强的”解，此时发音为 [kǝn′treǝrɪ] 。
