【答】 不错，有时yet在词义上接近于still。但是yet与still在句中的位置是不同的。yet一般取句尾或句中位置，still则取句中位置：

I can see him yet.

I can still see him. (CGEL)

我还能看到他。

在否定句中，still可以位于否定结构之前，而且不处于否定范围之内，而yet却不是这样。在上面的考题中不能选yet的原因也即在于此。
