【答】 R. Quirk等人认为，weather既不是可数名词(不能说a weather)，也不是不可数名词

(不能说a lot of weather)。但是，它既具有可数名词的某些特征(如有复数形式)，又有不可数名词的某些特征(如使用与不可数名词连用的修饰语，some bad weather，what lovelyweather)。因此之故，weather作“天气”解时，不与不定冠词连用，也无复数形式，但在in allweathers(不论在何种天气里，不管环境好坏)等短语中却取复数形式。请考察下面的实例：
