 ♣ importance, consequence
　这两个词的共同意思是“重要，重要性”。其区别在于：
1. importance意为“重大，重要性”，强调不受任何事物的限制的重要或重要性。例如：

　It is of much importance to keep your teeth in good condition.　保持牙齿健康是很重要的。
　We all know the importance of good health.　我们都知道，健康的身体对我们很重要。

2. consequence强调不可忽视的或对随后的事件颇有影响的事物的“重要，重要性”。例如：
