 【答】 这里只能选B(to)，而不能D(with)，be related to与be related with的意思是不一样的。relate to主要有两个意思：
 A.与……有关，涉及
 1.…the words in a sentence relate to each other. (EED)
 ……句中的词是相互有关联的。
 2. This letter relates to the sale of the house. (NAECD)
 这封信与卖房有关。
 B.使……与……相联系，使……与……相结合
 1. I can't relate what he does to what he says. (LDCE)
 我无法将他所做的与他所说的联系在一起。
 2. It is difficult to relate his argument to the facts(LDPV)
 很难把他的论证与事实联系起来。
 在relate to的后一用法中，可以用with来代替to：
 It is difficult to relate these results with[to] any known cause. (OSD)
 很难把这些结果与已知的原因联系起来。
 注意：be related to常用于指“有亲属关系”或“亲密关系”。其中的to是不能用with来代替的。
